Our Pole Fitness n Rhythm classes focus on teaching pole elements combined with dance, cardiovascular, strength and toning workouts to give you the best results – while having fun!

 

Pole fitness improves strength, reduces body fat, builds endurance, flexibility, posture, and boost self confidence in an exciting and fun way. You will never be bored and you are guaranteed an amazing experience in a positive encouraging environment.
